What to Do After Your 11th Class Result 2026
Once you have checked your 1st year result, take these steps right away.
Save Your Result Card
BISE Lahore has moved intermediate result cards to a digital system. Regular students can find cards on their institution’s portal. Private candidates can download theirs from the board website. Save a PDF copy, because you will need it for Part-II admission forms.
Apply for Rechecking if Needed
If your marks look lower than expected, you can apply for rechecking within the period the board announces. Rechecking means the board re-totals your marks and checks for unmarked answers. It does not mean the paper is marked again from scratch. Fees and deadlines are set by each board, so read the notification carefully.
Plan for Supplementary Exams
Students who failed a subject should not lose hope. Supplementary exams give you another chance without losing a full year. Start revising the failed subject early and use chapter-wise notes to focus on weak topics. [internal link]
Start Preparing for Part-II
